How long does it take to resolve a complaint?
The more information you give us about your complaint, the better e.g. dates and amounts etc. Whilst we strive to resolve complaints within fifteen working days, you should know that in some (particularly complex) cases, it can take up to eight weeks to send a final response. If that were to happen, we will reach out to you within fifteen working days to let you know.
