Transactions you make using your Card are protected by the Mastercard™ Chargeback scheme. This may help you reclaim funds if:
- your goods do not arrive
- your goods arrive damaged
- your goods are different from how they were described
- the merchant has ceased trading

When you get in touch, please make sure you have the following evidence handy:
- Evidence of the initial purchase made with the Card (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction details from your app)
- Evidence that you did not receive the goods/service or that the goods/service were damaged or not as described
- Evidence that you've contacted the merchant directly to attempt to resolve the issues first
Without this evidence, we may not be able to raise a Chargeback for you.
