If your device has been either lost or stolen then please immediately contact our support team at help.marriottbonvoy@currensea.com or via phone on 020 3949 4848. Our Customer Support team will be able to issue you with a new card, if you're unable to order one through the Marriott Bonvoy Debit Card app.
If you have access to the Marriott Bonvoy Debit Card app then you must block your card in the "Card" section as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorised transactions.
Additionally, you can disable Apple Pay on your devices by logging into your Apple Account ('ID') on another device. You can do this by following the instructions below.
- Sign into appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID on any device
- Select the device that you've lost/had stolen and want to disable Apple Pay on
- Go to the Apple Pay section
- Select "Remove Items"
- You can do this even if the lost device is offline
